Dr. Cornell Verdeja-Woodson
(He/Him)
Dr. Cornell Verdeja-Woodson is the co-founder of LGBTQ eLearning and Founder/CEO of Brave Trainings. He has 10+ years of experience in DEIB, leading global efforts in higher education and the technology industry.
He has worked for NYU, Cornell University, Looker, Google, Headspace, and Zillow. Cornell also works closely with C-suite leaders on their personal contributions to advance DEIB. He has been recognized as a top DEIB leader by Untapped two years in a row and a LGBTQ leader to watch by Attitude Magazine in the UK.
Cornell holds a doctorate in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California. He resides in Northern California with his husband and two dogs, London and Rome.
SHARON PAPO

Sharon Papo is the co-founder of LGBTQ eLearning, and also the founder/CEO of Indigo Skies Consulting, a leadership and executive coaching firm. Sharon is the former executive director of The Diversity Center, and has trained on LGBTQ+ issues for 20 years.
Sharon was honored by Santa Cruz City when they named Jan. 12, 2021 Sharon Papo Day in recognition of intersectional movement building, creating anti-racist consciousness, and advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. Sharon holds a Master's degree from UC Berkeley’s School of Social Welfare.
Sharon is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and has a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. She lives in California with her wife and two children
EL BEH

El Beh is a genderqueer, chinese-american educator, facilitator and theatre artist. El has facilitated drama-based communications workshops, anti-racist education classes, and sensitivity trainings for corporations, universities, and non-profit organizations.
They received their BA from UC Berkeley, certificates from the University of Córdoba and Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and has received education and diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, justice and de-escalation training from Allied Media Conference, AORTA, Anti-Racist Theater, Authentic Arts Media, the Center for Performance and Civic Practice, the Justice Collective,and the Richard’s Institute and Triangle Lab among others.El travels to teach and perform, and mostly lives on Turtle Island/the United States.
