2024 Annual Recap for LGBTQ eLearning

2024 was an exciting and impactful year for LGBTQ eLearning — our very first year in action! Here’s what we’ve been up to:

We Launched!

We kicked things off with an amazing launch event where we introduced our flagship eCourse, Building LGBTQ+ Inclusive Workplaces. The event featured a Q&A with our co-founders, Sharon Papo and Dr. Cornell Verdeja-Woodson, and brought together over 100 attendees who gave us rave reviews!

Making an Impact

  • Thought Leadership: This year, we hosted executive conversations with DEI and HR professionals and joined podcasts and webinars to spread awareness about LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.

  • Reaching Across Sectors: Our eCourse found its way into diverse industries, including local government, education, nonprofits, law, tech, and even a global astrology organization! Organizations are already purchasing it for 2025.

  • Outstanding Feedback: Clients have praised our eCourse for its engaging content, high-quality production, and meaningful impact.

Why We Do This Work

We founded LGBTQ eLearning because we saw that issues of gender and sexuality were often left out of workplace diversity efforts. In today’s political climate, where DEI initiatives and LGBTQ+ individuals — especially transgender people — are under attack, our work is more important than ever. While some companies are stepping back from creating inclusive workplaces, we’re stepping forward.

What’s Next in 2025

Looking ahead, we’re aiming high:

  • Expanding our presence at conferences and events.

  • Continuing to lead conversations on LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.

  • Increasing our eCourse learners by 700%.

  • Growing live trainings by 500%.
