A Roadmap for Workplace LGBTQ+ Advocacy

Are you ready to move from wanting change to actually creating it?

You care about LGBTQ+ inclusion at work—but you’re not always sure how to move from intention into action. That’s why we created A Roadmap for LGBTQ+ Workplace Advocacy. This program was designed for individuals committed to making workplaces safer, more equitable, and more affirming for all.

What’s Included:

  • Access to a 90-minute self-paced eCourse (6 modules)

  • Four 60-minute group coaching sessions to discuss the content and provide guided support in building your individualized roadmap to support LGBTQ+ people

  • Discussion forum

  • Materials to support LGBTQ advocacy in the workplace

Who Is This For?

  • Anyone ready to move from bystander to ally and advocate

  • Professionals who want to foster safety and belonging for LGBTQ+ colleagues

  •  Managers, HR, ERG leaders, educators, and everyday allies who want skills—not just slogans​​

​Cost: $300

 

Group Coaching Experience

Schedule:
Mondays, 5:00–6:00 PM (PST)
May 4, May 18, June 1, and June 15

Note: Coaching sessions are not recorded to support participant privacy.
